We prepare architectural and structural plans based on our clients’ brief. Working in parallel with our interior designers, we have the opportunity to design buildings and combine the interior spaces without omitting any detail. We can also submit applications to Planning Authority in order to obtain the required permits; whether it is for a new construction or simple alterations, we are here to provide our support all the way including site supervision and project management.

Within the Team

1. If during stage 2 of your project, any alterations are proposed or required, our architects will take over the structural section. This will involve the calculation and drawing up of structural drawings together with the submission of drawings to Planning Authority. The application will be followed through until the permit is issued.
2. Site visits to your own property and third-parties will be carried out once the permit is issued. Based on the site visits, all the necessary reports and works method statement will be prepared and submitted to the Building Regulations Office.
3. During the construction stage, we will supervise the structural works on site.
